The first unit that arrived just kept saying "please wait" never worked. LG Tech support said it was faulty and to send it back. The second unit would not open the disc tray and they told me to send that one back too. It looked great, wish it worked. I wont be trying a third unit. This is just silly. Be warned. For some reason the amazon reviews of this product are great but if you look on the internet you will find many people are having to return multiple units until they get one that has full functionality.
