LG has extremely poor quality control on their Blu-ray players causing them to fail within months. This has high reviews now, but take a look at the reviews for the BD-300 and other older models. It started out with 5 stars (just like the BD-390) about a year ago and everyone jumped on the bandwagon. Now just months later many of these players are inoperable, and LG has the gall to charge $69 to replace an obviously defective model.
Maybe this unit is of higher quality, but I wouldn't count on it. I recommend you do some research before buying LG. BUYER BEWARE!!Get more detail about LG BD 390 Network Blu-ray Disc Player.
