The remote is very uncomfortable to hold when having to enter all of the information for the setup and YouTube.
The biggest letdown is YouTube. There is no way to get your subscribed channels. You have to search for them and if it is a popular show - it could take an hour. The YouTube playback is virtually useless unless you want to see what the most popular videos of the day are.
Netflix streaming works great - easy to use and you get your instant playlist! The video quality is great and you'll never have to fool with silverlight on your laptop/desktop again!
The bd.8.08.465.b firmware update enables Vudu - so you can watch HDX movies which look terrific.
Roxio's CinemaNow seems to be useless - there are currently three video's available.
