The first time I plugged it in, it gave an error and wouldn't fire up the laser. Called support and worked with them, but couldn't get it fixed. Got a RA for warranty and quit that day. Next day it fired up and has been fine since. Shipping? The product has been great with netflix and has outstanding picture quality.
