When the player works, the picture is fantastic. I downloaded the latest firmware, and that started all the problems. I could no longer connect to You-tube (vudu worked fine)..I emailed with no help at all. I called, and after being on hold for a very long time said they would send me a new firmware update on cd. After waiting a week or so I got the exact file I had already downloaded from the LG website and loaded - which fixed nothing. I called back again, and got no help at all. The person knew nothing at all about the product. Today it started skipping after watching a long movie. Wondering if it was the disk I put in one I had watched earlier in the day, and it started to skip. A product at this price level should not fail due to heat. I would not purchase this product again, actually this will be the last LG electronics purchase I make.
