
My first unit crashed every time I connected it to the network (wired or wireless). I contacted LG customer support, and they dragged their feet, taking weeks to just get the mailing label to me (and I had to ask multiple times for it). Finally I got my replacement unit, and it did the same thing. Attempts to contact them again went unanswered. I returned it to Amazon and somehow ended up losing $60 in the processes. My first and last LG experience.
