PROS: Can't list all the pros, basically the player does what is it supposed to without any problems. Video quality is great.
- Blu-ray, Netflix, YouTube, DLNA, etc
- Plays stuff off USB (DivX/Xvid , etc), NTFS supported
- Wi-Fi BGN -- no issues, only use wireless
- The player looks good (could be smaller), and the interface is fairly intuitive
- LG regularly updates it to add features and fix bugs
CONS: Some minor issues
- Universal remote capability is limited to only a few TV manufacturers like Sony, Zenith and Hitachi - Sharp is not supported. Check the manual online for the full list.
- Netflix is limited to your instant queue only, you cannot browse Watch Now titles -- this may change with future updates. Speed/quality is great though (via G or N).
- The remote has limited angles and range.
I replaced my PS3 with this because Sony still can't get their act together and add Netflix, streaming Netflix to PS3 via 3rd party apps is just not the same. Overall, highly recommended. For the price, quality and ease of use, nothing else comes close.Get more detail about LG BD 390 Network Blu-ray Disc Player.
