If you need to add DLNA capability to your storage device, don't use Nero. I couldn't get it to install successfully on either Windows 7 or Windows Home Server, it never helped, but it sure did mess up my home server.
I'm still trying to manually clean up the crap it left behind.
Consider some other DLNA add-in, but not Nero.
