What a disaster! Purchased LG BD 390 from Video Audio Center. First unit arrived and could not get the menu to pull up. Spent 30 mins on phone with LG support and they advised unit was defective. Contacted VAC, they were very helpful and they sent a replacement. The second unit arrived and again the menu would not come up. You had to start a movie and press stop to get the menu to come up. Again called LG support again advised unit would need service. Contacted VAC and arranged to send unit back for refund. VAC nor LG would pay return shipping charges.
