I'll make this short and sweet. This player works...and extremely well!!
Hooked up via multichannel 7.1 to an older Onkyo receiver...sounds absolutely fantastic! HDMI to DVI on an older Hitachi 57" for 1080i(next stop...new 1080p set). Looks phenomenal!
Set up Netflix, Youtube, MyMedia, within 10 minutes or less...works flawlessly. And no dongle hanging out. Software updated over net...no problem. Was looking at the Sammy 3600, but too many problems reported, external wireless dongle (why?) and feels much more flimsy. The LG feels and looks like a quality product. They hit a home run with this one!!!
Waiting for them to add Pandora via download. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Get it now...before everyone else buys theirs! And if you do a little negotiating...you can get a real deal.
